We sell digital guides. The file is delivered to you immediately after purchase, and once it has been sent it cannot be returned or un-read.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read the product description before you buy so you know what you are getting. Every page count, source count, and description of the contents on this site is accurate, and the guides are exactly what they say they are.

If your download does not work

This is not a refund question — it is us owing you the thing you already paid for.

If your download link fails, the file is corrupt, or the delivery email never arrived, contact us and we will get you the file. There is no time limit on this.

Before writing in, check your spam folder. Delivery emails land there more often than anyone would like.
